PHOTOS: Day 1 at the Winnipeg Folk Festival

ChrisD.ca Thursday kicks off as the first official day of the 2024 Winnipeg Folk Festival started in Birds Hill Provincial Park.

Under the stifling heat of Manitoba’s sunny summer skies, volunteers, staff and festival-goers were busy unloading, setting up and installing gear for four days of the best music the prairies have to offer.
